4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars and inclusive of state filing fees and our service charges unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before formation commences.

5. Limitation of Liability

Genifile is not liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect information provided by the client, changes in government processing times, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of formation for your specific entity, without regard to conflict of law principles.
