Refund Policy

1. Service Fee Refunds

Genifile offers a full refund of our service charges within 48 hours of order placement, provided that the formation has not yet been initiated with the relevant state authority.

2. State and Government Fees

State filing fees, government processing fees, and registered agent fees are strictly non-refundable once submitted to the relevant authority.

3. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation and refund, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +923471984305 or email contact@genifile.com with your order reference number.

4. Add-On Services

Standalone add-on services (Stripe setup, PayPal setup, trademark filing, etc.) follow the same 48-hour refund window from the point of purchase, provided work has not yet commenced.

5. Banking Introductions

Fees paid for banking introduction services are non-refundable once we have submitted your application to the banking partner, as this reflects work already performed on your behalf.
